Welcome to Cankles! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website {https://canklessocks.com/ (the "Site")}, any mobile applications, and the purchase of socks, clothing, and related products (collectively, the "Products") offered by Cankles ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site. These terms incorporate by reference our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy. Please read them carefully.

1. Definitions

  • Account: A unique account created for you to access parts of the Site.
  • Content: Text, images, photos, or other materials you post or submit.
  • Products: Socks, apparel, and other items sold on the Site.
  • You/Your: The individual or entity accessing the Site or purchasing Products.

You agree NOT to:

  • Post unlawful, harmful, or infringing Content.
  • Harass, spam, or impersonate others.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site.
  • Violate any applicable laws or our policies.

We may remove Content or terminate Accounts for violations.

10. Third-Party Links. The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. We have no control over, and are not responsible for, their content, privacy practices, or terms. Your use of them is at your own risk.

11. Disclaimers. The Site and Products are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind (express or implied), including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Site will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. Product colors and sizing are approximate.

12. Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cankles and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including lost profits or data) arising from your use of the Site or Products, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Product(s) giving rise to the claim (or $100 if no purchase). Some states do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

13. Indemnification. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cankles, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

14. Termination. We may terminate or suspend your Account or access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason (including breach of these Terms). Sections that by nature should survive (e.g., liability, IP, governing law) will survive termination.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution.
