Shipping policy

At Cankles Socks, we’re committed to getting your ridiculously comfortable socks to you fast and affordably. All orders are lovingly packed and shipped at our shipping hub in Minnesota.
We ship USPS to give our customers the best prices! Free shipping on all orders with standard ground shipping.
Ground Shipping 3-4 days.
Priority Shipping 2-3 days.
Express Shipping 1-2 days.
Orders will ship within 24 hours. If an order is received Friday, it will ship Monday. If an order is received on a holiday, it will be filled the next work day or Monday if the that day is Friday.
Order Tracking:
You’ll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Address Requirements:
Please double-check your shipping address before checkout. We cannot change the address once the order has been processed. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes for Express orders.
Changes & Cancellations:
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@canklessocks.com. We can only make changes while the order is still in processing (usually within 24 hours).
Lost or Damaged Packages:
- If your package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date.
- We will work with the carrier to file a claim or work with the customer if the situation is unique and requires more attention.
